Gruff Bros Grounds & Greens is a coffee shop with an adjoining greenhouse set in Houston, Texas. Gruff Bros' name is derived from the Norwegian fairytale, Three Billy Goats Gruff, laying way for the symbols of three within the branding. The greenhouse is used to grow produce, herbs, flowers, and more for both Gruff Bros and the community. The Gruff Bros coffee truck, the Grazer, roams around the city's parks to provide coffee to those in nature, bringing Gruff Bros into nature as well as the city.
